In a season of many challenges, the Vancouver Whitecaps were able to end on a positive note, with a solid 4-1 victory over the Portland Timbers, clinching the Cascadia Cup Championship, and knocking their rivals out of the running for the MLS Cup Playoffs.
Over on the Cascadia subreddit, /u/SeattleDave0 has compiled an awesome list of the Cascadian Olympians currently competing in 2016 Olympics in Rio de Jeneiro in Brazil, along with their hometowns, and when they compete and have the chance to medal.
Playing from BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, the Seattle Sounders won out 3-0 over the Whitecaps to win the 2015 Cascadia Cup. The championship is the first since 2011, ending the winning streak of two years by the Whitecaps in the regional rivalry between Seattle, Vancouver and Portland.

The Second Cascadia Association Football Federation General Meeting was held March 13th via Google+ Hangout, and by all accounts it was a great success! Lots of great developments and ideas to get excited about! More on that to come soon.
