The training will include Know Your Rights and legal briefings from lawyers from the National Lawyer’s Guild, as well as blockades, de-escalation and mental techniques to help ensure that you remain calm and in control when under pressure.
The 350Seattle trainers have many years–and some of us, many decades–of experience in non-violent civil disobedience.
