Skagit County will be holding a Scoping Open House for the Tesoro Anacortes Clean Products Upgrade Project (CPUP) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to supplement the Online Open House taking place through April 15, 2016. There will be one room (gym) for the open house and a second for verbal public comment (Brodniak Hall). Verbal comments (up to 2 minutes) will be taken from 4:30 to 7:00pm with a lottery system to determine speakers in case there are more speakers than will fit within the allotted time. Greenhouse gas emissions are included within the specific listed topics that may be analyzed in the EIS. Climate change impacts that should be included within the scope are presumably important.
