There will be two public scoping meetings on the proposed Westway Terminal and Imperium Renewables proposed bulk liquid storage facility expansions at the Port of Grays Harbor in Hoquiam. Washington Ecology and the City of Hoquiam are co-lead agencies for these environmental reviews, being conducted under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). The projects are separate and each will have its own EIS. The co-leads have agreed to conduct some parts of the EIS process jointly, such as scoping meetings, to me more efficient.
