The Clark County Natural Resources Council has sued the Port of Vancouver to obtain an un-redacted copy of the lease. CCNRC found an attorney in Olympia to take the case on a contingency basis. If they win, The Port of Vancouver would pay $100 per day, to the attorneys for each day it violated the law. Let us know if you plan to attend this event.
