A Draft Environmental Impact Statement that doesn’t consider the effect of burning the coal ignores future disastrous effects for Longview and the planet. Remind the Army Corps of Engineers: We must stop burning coal if we are going to have a livable planet. That means no coal terminal in Longview or anywhere else! Comment here!
