Walk from Birch Bay State Park to the Peace Arch at the border on the 30th. Camp out at location near the Peace Arch. And converge with First Nations and Canadians for a gathering and rally at the Peace Arch on the 1st to draw attention to dangerous proposed fossil fuel projects, such as the TransMountain pipeline and proposed LNG projects in Tacoma and in B.C..
This powerful walk and rally organized by Protectors for the Salish Sea is also meant to be part of Pull Together’s 9 days of actions Oct 2 -15 in solidarity with the 4 First Nations that will be in court against Kinder Morgan and their TransMountain pipeline expansion.
